Industrial reuse meets community building

Located at the corner of Mass Ave and 10th Street on Indianapolis' Near Eastside and spanning more 16 acres, the Factory Arts District is home to a diverse group of tenants including artists, makers, small businesses, and more.

Built in 1918 as the Schwitzer manufacturing facility, the Factory Arts District is a prime example of industrial reuse - transforming a functionally obsolete space into a hub for Indy’s arts and small business community.
