A maintenance emergency consists of one of the following:

• Broken or frozen water line

• Plumbing leaks that are not contained in a sink, tub, or other drain

• Lockout (lockouts are subject to applicable fees as indicated in your lease agreement)

• Security threat such as a broken window, door frame, door, or entry lock

• Gas leak

• Anything else that poses a threat to a person or property

Please submit all other maintenance requests via the tenant portal or via email to your property manager

RENT PAYMENT OR QUESTIONS
Rent may be paid online through your tenant portal, mailed to the address below, or dropped off to the address below during normal business hours. Please make sure to mark your payment with your name and suite number. Please do NOT mail cash.
